Having Fun Again

Hi egelloc Stneduts.. I want to share with you what we done something fun..!! 

  Today July 14, 2011,, we are so busy studying, researching and etc. in preparing for the incoming prelim exam. The Bscs 2c are having fun again.We don't have class in some of our subject so we decided to go to the library, makes some research and etc. We copy some of the paragraph, quotes and poem that we can write in our blog..
     After writing those things we got a picture taking in the library, with the different poise. We are not contented with what we done, so we go to the comfort room and take a picture taking again..

      My companion in making those funny moment are Trisha Jessa, Carmela, Anjannete, Chona, Shiela Mae and Grace.. You can watch our picture in my facebook account hehehe...

The incoming prelim exam

        This was the week before our prelim exam. The Hercor Egelloc will be having our Prelim exam for this !st semester on July 18-19 2011. Before the exam comes, most of the egelloc stneduts together with the teachers busy in studying. And also the parents of the egelloc stneduts give a cash to their son/ daughter to pay their tuition and be able to get an exam..

         All i want to say to all egelloc stneduts of Hercor College is GOOD LUCK and GODBLESS...!!!!!

"Biag ni Lam-ang"

   Most of the egelloc stneduts especially the com. scie. 2nd yr stneduts have their Philipphine Literature subject.
We know that Biag ni Lam-ang is the most popular Epic. As these was our report, I will share this to my co-egelloc stneduts all about the Bia ni Lam-ang.......

      "Biag ni Lam ang" ( Life of Lam- ang) is a pre- Hispanic Ilokano Epic the source of which is now lost in the dim tradition of the past. The epic was very long; written version of it available today seem to show that it was close to 300 stanzas. It is believed to be the work of several folks of different generation. each post making his own alternation or addition until the 17th century when Pedro Bukaneg, father of Ilokano Poetry, put down in writting for the first time (about 1720) in both Ilokano and Spanish. However, the Bukaneg version seems to be the basis of all other version Bukaneg had recovered the story and put in soul Christian material.

"My moments in my childhood days"

       I want to share to you  my  childhood experiences and moments...!!

When I was a kid , I stay on my Grand Mother's house. Once or twice a week is my only time  for my families side.. my true family.. !! Co'z we are all girls in our family and they are old enough to played a  kid like me because they are a egelloc stneduts. I played with my cousins because we have the same age. But my cousins are all boys. Even though my parents have no time to take care of me i'ts okey because I have my beloved Grand Ma.

        We played such this game "luksong-baka, habulan, chinese garter and etc." those game that we can't play today because we are to old to play children games. I miss them... We have no time and we are to far with each other to do what we done in the past.. I love you Cousins.. I miss you all. Love yahh..!!

Lost fats

 Most of the egelloc stneduts wanted to be fit and slim. especially to those who have heavy fats and chubby.
Here are the tips to lost your fats..

• Pick one place at home and work that you will do all your eating. Be sure you are seated. Don't eat anywhere but in that place. Enjoy your food by sitting down and eating slowly. Sitting down focuses your attention more directly on the activity of eating. By eating in the same place you identify and associate that place with the idea that it is the only area in which you should eat.
• Shop for Groceries only after eating. You will be less likely to buy foods impulsively – especially foods you don’t need.
• When you shop for groceries stick to your shopping list. This helps you guard against impulse buying. Make sure you list is complete and do not buy any extra food items.
• Watch food labels. Foods with a high percentage of fat (or carbohydrates that are sugars) will slow down your weight loss program Don't just count grams, count percentage of total calories that are fat or sugars.
• Don't think that just because you are eating low fat/low calorie foods that you can eat all that you want. The calories still add up and must be burned off regardless of what kind of food you eat. Balance is the key.
• If you are going to a restaurant, decide ahead of time what you will be eating. Stick to it.
• Exercise – If you want to stay healthy and make weight loss permanent you just cant do without exercise. Along with cutting down on the fat you eat exercising regularly may be your best ally in improving your all around health and bringing your weight loss under control.
• Water is essential to all bodily functions and has no calories. It is the perfect drink for dieters. You need eight 8 oz. glasses of water daily.
• Be happy: you're OK! Resisting all those tempting foods is NOT going to kill you.
• Let someone else be the walking garbage disposal: you are no longer responsible for eating up the leftovers after a meal.
• Success is when you can look beyond food...and look down and see your feet.
• Each day you stay on your weight-loss diet brings you closer to your weight goal.
• The purpose of getting together with people is to enjoy their company...not eating.
• Chart or graph your weight loss and serving selections.
• Take small servings - avoid gorging yourself.
• Consuming most calories in one big meal is the worst way to diet. Eat 4 or 5 small meals rather than in one all-out feeding frenzy.
• If your schedule only permits you to eat one major meal in a day, eat it in the morning to midday hours rather than afternoon/evening hours.
• • Limit your time in the grocery store. The longer you stay, the more you will buy.
  • Never starve yourself, especially before going out to eat (or you will binge). Never skip meals, you must have some kind of nourishment regularly or your body's starvation defences will kick in, lower your metabolism, and store fat.
  • Be patient - it took years to gain weight; it takes time to lose weight.
  • "Nibble" food and "linger" over drinks. Do the "Push Away From The Table Exercise."
  • Chew your food completely: digestion begins in the mouth. Avoid "washing" half-chewed food down.
  • Lose weight with a supportive friend or in a support group.
  • Emphasize your weight loss triumphs and work towards making them more frequent
  • Find a weight loss "buddy," club, or support group. This will help you stay with your weight loss program.
  • Weigh yourself each week. Don't be worried about small daily changes in your weight. You shouldn't lose more than 1 - 2 pounds a week. There may be weeks when you don't lose weight. This is normal. Stay on your diet to lose weight.
  • Bake, roast, or broil your food instead of frying. Remove all fat from meats and skin from poultry before cooking.
  • Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water each day. This will help flush out your body while also suppressing your appetite
  • If you haven't done so already, switch to diet soft drinks. An average 12 Oz can of regular soda contains around 120 calories, while the diet version usually has one or zero. If you drink 3 cans a day, you'll be saving 360 calories right there. Now multiply that by 7 days a week, 30 days a month and 365 days a year... You'll be saving a lot of calories!
  • Limit alcohol. Alcoholic drinks have many calories & little else.
  • Schedule your exercise time just as you plan your other activities of the day. Treat this time as an important appointment you don’t want to miss
  • Write your weight goal & post it where you'll see it everyday.
  • You are responsible for what you do & what you eat.
  • Eat to live, not live to eat. Overeating can KILL you!

Aquintance Day

                July 8,2011 the Hercor Egelloc will be having an aquintance party.  You, I and We as an Egelloc Stneduts of Hercor Egelloc should join the party although it's not required to attend that party.  I am not able to attend the Aquintance party because I went back to our home. I am not feeling well in that day so early in the morning I arrived in our home.


          All of the egelloc stneduts could bring their visitor. Each of the egelloc stneduts of Hercor Egelloc have their 3 tickets. The program starts at 6pm. We have a dance contest which the contestant came from different Departmernt. The First year Contestant was seperated from the higher level. And our department the Com. Scie Department got won in that competition., the first year level and in the higher level. After the program they dance .. dance .. and dance..!!

                                Congrats Com.  Scie.  Department and God Bless....!!!

   Low egelloc stneduts..!! today again it's sunday. We should praise Lord and give this time to him.
It's because it's Sunday we should go to church. Pray and praise for him.!! 

     Most of the egelloc stneduts should give their time to our Almighty God before they travel or before they will come back to their respected boarding house or place. we should go to church. Because that is the day for our Almighty God. So that God will always guide us.. Wherever we go and whatever we do.

Bad love is a story of a man  that was married a cello girl and a heart broken man. They are Lee xiuhann, Jou Renjin, and the heart broken man Jou Ronji. The girlfriend of Ronji was died by killing her self. She cannot take what Ronji's Daddy said to her. His Daddy don't like her because she is a poor girl.      Hi to all Hercor egelloc stneduts. In Hercor egelloc there are so many beautiful girls and handsome boys. that's what I heard. I think that it is true. In the Computer Department I seen so many pretty girls. I could say that they are pretty because even they are simple you could see their beauty.

"Sk chairwomen"

      I am Cherry Ann a Sk Chairman of Brgy. Camburanan. One of the Barangay in Tapaz. Our place was also belong  in the Province  of Capiz. Last October 25, 2010, I was elected and voted to be the leader of the Youth or a Sk Chairman. Being a part of that  election, I affected most especially in my studies. Being an egelloc stneduts it's so hard to handled 2 obligation and responsibilty. Your responsibility being an egelloc stneduts and being a Sk chairperson.
     We know that SK or Sangguniang Kabataan was the  voice of the  youth. Having that kind of responsibility is so difficult. You can't take a rest. Especially if  your Barangay will be having their Religious Fiesta. I lost so many things. My lovelife, my opportunity to be come a good egelloc stneduts. It's normal having a commitment with someone, am I right??
    Despite of having that kind of problem i am so lucky and I am so happy being one of the SK chairman in the whole country. Wherever you will go, somebody knows you, everybody respect you. Even my family respect me.

"Being alone"

    Sunday July 3, 2011. Early Morning at 4 am,we woke up . Me and my Parents prepare ourselves. We will be going back to  Roxas now. Most of the egelloc stneduts come back on their respective boarding house or apartment. I was the  first who arrived in our  boarding house that day. We arrived at exactly 6am.
    Because of being alone in that boarding house I have nothing to do. I don't have someone to talk. I feel bored so I take a nap waiting for the  lunch  time. I can't go  anywhere because  it's so hot.  Most  of the egelloc stneduts cannot take to go somewhere because  of the heat of the sun. They our protecting themeselves. Most of the egelloc stneduts are  conscious about thier skin.
    After taking my nap. I cleaned my room listened to the music from my cellphone. It's so difficult BEING ALONE in this world.

  It's friday. I woke up in the morning with the pain of my head. I'm not feeling well so that's the reason why i am not able to attend our first period. I don't know and we are not thinking that our teacher in accounting Ms. Alona Doce will gave us a quiz. It's our first quiz at hindi aq nakakuha.. I'm not feeling well talaga.. My classmate try to make me smile and what I've done was I shout not that loud but I know they get mad at me.. especially ernie. Of course sino bang tao ang gustong kinukulit pagmasama ang pakiramdam.And I'm so sorry for that.

   This day also they announce if who was our adviser in our section. We are so happy when we know that Sir Joselito D. Canlas was our adviser. At the same time we had our election for the classroom officer. They nominated me as secretary and also in muse and I was so thankful because I lose it. I am not able to won that election. I'm so tired kasi. I don't want to be an officer. I want to give that position to my classmates. I'm contented being an Sk chairman. Sabi sabi nga.., Ihatag na lang na sa ila. indi pagburawa.. Tama?? hehehe..

My BAby

     I have a baby..hehehehe.. I know what you are thinking that this baby i say was mine. It's not mine it's my sister baby. Her nickname was bless and she called me mommy. I love her so much because I don't have younger sister nor brother. If I'm not in the mood. Kinukulit nya ako, nilalambing of course most of us know that kung lalambingin tayo ng mga babies especially if you are tired makukuha ang pagod mo, ang galit mo.

     Ang mas masaya sa lahat pagdating mo tatakbo siya papunta sa'yo at hahalikan ka sabay tanong "Mommy,anu dala mo?"

     She was 5 years old now. She was the only daughter of my eldest sister. Her name was Crystal Shane Nacionales. Her father was a seaman who's working in the international shippinglines.

     I love my baby..!!!!

"youngest daughter"

     I was the youngest daughter in our family.We are all girls. I'm so lucky to be the youngest in our family. I can get whatever I wanted yo have. My beloved grandma spoiled me. Yeah, I'm a spoiled girl not that bad but I am. If I want something,I find way to get that and the worst is if I don't want to do that thing you cannot push me or force me to do that.
     As I'm going older I try to stop that attitude I had. As egelloc stneduts you should minimize that kind of habit. And I am trying to stop that. Now I am a 2nd Year egelloc stneduts now and I am an independent person. I have my sallary. Sometimes, I don't have to depend my financial problem to my parents.

"Broken Hearted"

Most of us are involve in a relationship. A lovelife . The egelloc stneduts are also inlove with someone. Not totally  inlove but they love each other more than  a friend. We know that, love is not blind?? chokes heheheh.. !! I suffered that thing. Heheh but not that blind but I love him. Now I know that this saying was true " Nasa huli ang pagsisi" huhuhuh.. You know what I  forgot my BF because of the Sk election. I got won. I became a SK Chairman  but I lost Him. I broke up with him before the  election. I'm so busy that time and I don't have time for him.!! 

         Now I realize that I still love  him.. But I can't have him again he wait for me for 5 months. I don't know that thing  I was expected that time that he had a gf already..Now I'm too late to have him again heheheh.. char.. Now may gf na sya huhuhuh.. that's why my heart is broken.. But he tell me that he still love me.. heheh!! If we are meant to be.. Kami talaga  sa huli.. Now I'm concentrating in my studies.!!

     Not only me ang broken hearted.. There are lot's  of egelloc Stneduts are suffering that  thing.. kaya hindi ako nag iisa..!!

"cutie me"

  helow guys it's me again Cherry. Now June 28 2011,again this is the day that we will be having a whole day classes. Hay.. the CS 2c egelloc stneduts cannot go somewhere because of our class.. Our habit together with my classmate, if we have no class we go somewhere, bonding, makes some fun and happy memories.!!, we will being going somewhere like in gaisano,  our beloved Bay.. and  stadium.!! That thing was  done by us when we are a  First year egelloc stneduts. We miss every moment we have..!! We sing, we dance in the WOF ,picture taking..and etc.. but that was before now.. we can't do that..!! We are so busy in our studies. Of course we should do that right?? not always.!! hmmmm.. How about You??  did such like an activities  we had??

My first day in school

I am a Second year egelloc stneduts now. In  my First day in school  I'm so exited because I miss my cutie and naughty classmates. They change a lot. Before  the opening of the class comes most of us were expecting that we will have ou new classmates. Yes, we have new classmates. Carmela was Expecting that we will have a good looking new classmates not only carms but most of us.. heheheh.. !!
     Their face was look likes they got offend because  their expectation did'nt comes.heheh. Of course  during our first day of school we don't  know each other especially we our instructor. So we should introduce of our selves to them. Most of us got shy, but we should do that or else our instructor get mad on us.
     We  got a teacher on Speech and Oral Communication Mr. Rosalito Arandez and we are happy having him us our instructor. Of course the same as attitude that we have, he was  also naughty  not too much but he or she heheh.. could makes us laugh because of the jokes he had. He call Apple Joy Mansanas Kalipay.
Most of the second year  egelloc stneduts was so happy cause we are all again bind together.
